Irwin Home Equity Foundation

Irwin Home Equity (IHE) strives to align its actions with its beliefs. Our core beliefs include the importance of supporting and serving the communities in which our employees live and work. We do this by participating in and supporting a variety of philanthropic activities through the Irwin Home Equity Foundation.

We support our employees' community efforts through:

• Matching Gifts - IHE matches employee contributions to qualifying organizations.
• Employee Sponsorships - IHE sponsors employees who raise funds on an individual basis for qualifying charitable organizations.
• Irwin Home Equity Community Involvement Activities - IHE provides opportunities for employee community involvement and makes it easier for our employees to become involved in charitable activities.
• The Irwin Home Equity Foundation - The Irwin Home Equity Foundation Board has approved grants for community institutions.
